The routes alone are beautiful. The weather is lovely, but the wind is blowing quite a bit. Tonight we are in a free parking lot, except for a toilet there is nothing else. Tomorrow we have a nice walk planned and we can do it from here.

The beginning of the walk is a bit difficult. Leaving the camper didn’t go very smoothly, that happens sometimes. Jinte already says within the first two meters that she is fed up, but we still have to walk to the starting point. As soon as we can climb, she is in her element.

Every now and then we wonder what we have gotten ourselves into, but we persevere. Johan is already walking ahead and I hoist Jinte a bit in the baby carrier. That’s quite tough and almost impossible. Jinte proposes to walk again on his own. When she’s out, she says: “Will you feel better soon, Mom?” The sweetheart. Never before have we arrived so overheated, the last part was so steep, but gosh! Often you can already see what the view will be on the way up, but not in this case. Once you reach the top, you can look over the mountain! It’s like we’re in New Zealand. The beautiful colors of the sea and the mountains with their last remnants of snow.

We have lunch, play, drone and then slowly prepare to go back down. The way back is often a lot smoother. Especially if we carry them both on our backs. Before we know it the end is in sight. Only that last boring stretch of road, more difficult for Jinte than that entire mountain. We feel our legs, plop down in the camper, have a beer, wine, water.
Phew, we did it again. Let’s just imagine where we’re going next.
