When we pack the camper it is still completely cloudy. Once we are a little higher, we see the clouds moving away from the valley. It is a beautiful route that we drive, spotted on polar scooters by Pieter (the Dutchman of the drawings and the music box). The ice floes in the lakes, the snow-capped mountains, enjoy!
A play/lunch stop and on again. We also pass Lom, we visit the picturesque church for which it is known.
We play for a while in a playground, but it soon becomes much too hot.

We go on. At p4n we find a beautiful place where we can stand off grid. On a river, with a view of a waterfall. A beautiful spot for a new campsite. There are sheep and cows walking around. We collect wood for a campfire, but we don’t get to it. The refrigerator has problems and no longer works on gas. Fortunately, Johan gets it working again with the help of YouTube.
The next morning we wash our faces in the river, then you wake up. The girls pretend that they are going for a walk in the snow together, including equipment. They’re going to unicorn land. Jinte’s imagination is considerable and Diede happily skips along.
This day the miles are breathtaking. It’s amazing and out of this world! We stop for lunch and there is still snow there. We are building a snowman, who would have thought that in June! There are even people cross-country skiing, young and old. There is a kind of club building and it all looks very professional. Nice to see.

We drive on, Diede takes a long nap and we cover the necessary miles. The refrigerator malfunctioned again this morning, so to be on the safe side, especially with these temperatures (30 °C), we go to a campsite.
