We park close to the ferry. Nothing special, but Mirre can take a shower there and it’s fine for a night. We grab the bikes and head towards the Elkjøp, a kind of media market here. Unfortunately, they don’t have the Father’s Day gift we had in mind. Once we find it, we will show the results. Can you guess what it is?

Then we go to a sushi restaurant. A tip from other travelers. We have lost track of days for a few months now, a good sign but now a bit less useful. It’s the weekend and the restaurant is completely full. They will have room again in an hour and a half. That takes too long for us, so we eat a pizza, which we love too! Ice cream for dessert, great. Play for a bit and go to bed.

The next morning, Jinte, Diede and Mirre do some shopping for Father’s Day. Jinte knows exactly what Johan likes, beer! We also buy Dutch strawberries for breakfast tomorrow.

Then we continue our way, over the Saltstraumen. Depending on the tide you could see large eddies here. Diede is sleeping and from the camper we see that the water is calm so we continue driving. On to camping Reipå.
